There are limited spots for custom orders for every production. Fees are listed per piece and the production process for a custom order can take several months. Pottery is not a fast process from start to finish so the minimum amount of time for a custom piece is 3 months from start to finish. Purchase of a custom piece will be upfront and I will keep you updated on the production process as it happens.

I take great care to package all pieces as carefully as possible, but damage can still occur. If your purchase arrives broken, please email me within 5 days of delivery.

All pieces are unique and no two are exactly alike. Please note that all items are photographed to be as true to reality as possible, however computer screens, lighting, etc. can alter the color slightly.
All glazes used are non-toxic and food safe (unless otherwise noted).

Most of my pottery is microwave & dishwasher safe. However, any piece decorated with gold lustre is not microwave safe and is hand wash recommended. Please see each item’s description for any special and specific care instructions.
In general, please handle all pottery with care, especially when washing. It can break, crack, and chip if not handled correcting.

Custom Pet Mugs
There is a limited number of custom mug production that can be completed with each batch. Open custom pet mug spots will be listed on Etsy for each product launch. Pottery is a slow craft, so building and firing the piece multiple times can take a couple months. Estimated shipping time will be on your order when purchased, and all custom mugs must be paid in full before production begins. Because of the nature of custom production there are no returns or exchanges on these items. Cancellations are allowed only up to 24 hours after purchase.
